I own an Intel Core i7 6700, RTX 3070 with 8GB RAM and 32GB of memory. Based on the "Can You Run It?" site, I expect to run Hogwarts Legacy at high settings in 1080p with about 100fps. But I’m seeing lower FPS, even at low settings (where I should reach around 150fps), and getting only 50-60fps. All drivers are current, temperatures are normal (around 60C, CPU usage 55%, GPU usage 55%). This problem appears in several games, including Warzone. My friend with a Ryzen 5 5600H, RTX 3060 and 16GB RAM can play Warzone at ultra without lag, while I’m facing stuttering and FPS drops to 40. I’m wondering if the lack of an M.2 SSD and the presence of an HDD might be causing this issue. I need solutions since I’m not sure how to fix it.

Welcome to the forum! Could you please share the power supply model and its age? Also, what is the model and age of the HDD? Are you using any other applications while playing?

I'm wondering if the PSU is having trouble delivering sufficient power. The advertised 630 is fine, but the real power output is likely lower. Since it's an unreliable unit, I suggest considering a better one. ~750w
It would be wise to upgrade the PSU even if it isn't the main issue.
