Hello. I'm facing the same issue as shown in the video linked:
View: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e35LHHTFofI
The edges of sniper scopes appear to vibrate or shimmer similarly, which I think is connected to the same underlying cause as the distant shadows.
I've adjusted various graphical settings—such as cache shadows, AA, shadow resolution, and turned off Nvidia filters—and even reinstalled Windows plus CoD: Warzone, but it hasn't resolved the problem.
Anyone have a solution?

System specs:
MSI RTX3080 Gaming X Trio
Ryzen 5800X
MSI MEG x570 Unify
G.Skill Trident Z Neo 32GB @ 3800MHz 14-15-15-15-30
Latest Nvidia/Chipset/BIOS drivers
Appreciate any help you can offer!

PSU details: make, model, wattage, age, and condition?
The PSU might begin to malfunction or stop working as it gets older, particularly during periods of high power usage.

Well, it's a 2 month old Corsair RM850X. I really doubt it's the power supply. Although, maybe there's a way to test if it's in any way faulty?
