I tested 5GHz with AVX1 and AVX1.325, experienced crashes (Prime).
5GHz AVX0 to 1.325 also crashed (Prime).
4.9GHz with AVX1-2-3 also crashed (Prime).
4.9GHz AVX0 to 1.325 crash (Prime).
Possibly the CPU is faulty and temperatures are too high.

What about programs other than prime? I haven't used it in years myself. It isn't the gold standard anymore—it's not as "real world" as some others. Have you tried Realbench? It has a 4.8 rating. What are your temperatures, probably high, since I can understand that. These CPUs get hot quickly even with soldered IHS around 5ghz.

if i try to use 1.33 or 1.325, in my room the angle is 26/27°, and when prime the heavy stress begins after 15/16 minutes with a temperature of 90/96°.
not being able to maintain 5g is frustrating, and 4.9 is too low.

Ouch, the cooling is pushed to its limit. Could you clarify the total radiator capacity again? Is it a single loop? The prime isn't really the realistic load or temperature range for most users, though I'm not sure what your system is designed for. The best 9900k models usually reach 5ghz in the 1.25v range, with a slight variation. The lower end tends to be around 1.4v. It might have improved with newer steppingstone technology. What LLC are you using? I'm checking this for my board—under full stress on LLC7, it drops from 1.325v to about 1.27v. This is typical for this generation ASUS boards.
