So I just received my I7 6700k today and started overclocking right away. I managed to reach up to 4.7 on Cinebench r15 with a score of 850. After that, I kept pushing the limits and it remained stable until around 4.9 when it started to fail. That’s when all the issues began, and now regardless of what I do, my scores on Cinebench r15 are capped at 700. I’ve spent hours trying to understand why this is happening. I’m considering the possibility that the problem lies with my motherboard—similar to what happened with my I5 6600k before it stopped working. I’ve confirmed it’s not thermal throttling, but I’m completely stuck at this point. On all stock configurations, I was able to hit 750, but now I only get 601. All voltages are set to auto and it still reports running at 1.5 V.

Thanks for all your efforts, it really helped. It was one of those odd computer issues, but it’s resolved now. Right now I’m getting a score of 982 on just 4.6 at 1.4v, which is impressive—better than before. I still think the voltages are a bit high, but I don’t want to risk touching anything like that again on this card.
