So I thought about increasing the performance settings to get higher FPS in Warzone. It’s okay if I changed this to max performance, right? I read somewhere on a forum that I can do that and when I close the game it returns to normal. Is there anything bad about doing this?

Here are my details:
CPU: R7 3700x
GPU: GTX 1660 SUPER
RAM: 3200 MHZ CORSAIR VENGENACE 16 GB
MBO: MSI B450 GAMING PRO CARBON AC AM4 Motherboard
Monitor: AOC 24G2U 144hz 1080p
Also, a video at 2:25 talked about changing something called renderworkercount. I’m not sure what it does, but if anyone can explain more, that would be great. Thanks!

there are no negative aspects to it
and the default settings will apply for other games unless you add them and adjust their configurations as well
renderworkercount should connect to the Render Resolution setting
you’ll be modifying the game’s configuration file, so test it if it enhances performance; otherwise, there’s no point
the NVIDIA control panel should offer significant improvements

they shouldn't restart unless you perform a fresh installation of your GPU driver.
