Different and sporadic issues might stem from power or connection problems.
What is the age of the PSU? Checking if it matches heavy gaming usage history – correct?
It could be close to its End of Life stage, making it unable to supply enough wattage during peak times.

I’m about to take a few steps back:
Power off, unplug, and open the case.
Remove dust and debris.
Ensure all connectors, cards, RAM, jumpers, and case parts are securely installed.
Use a bright flashlight to look for damage signs: exposed wires, melted insulation, twisted or pinched wires, burnt spots, loose or missing screws, cracks, swollen components—anything.
While doing this, keep monitoring the errors and look for patterns.
I recently changed the PC cases about two weeks ago, hoping it would fix the issue possibly linked to poor connections. I spent two days assembling it and thoroughly checked everything.
I own a Corsair HX1200w PSU that’s been running for 1 ½ years. It isn’t high-end gaming, but it handles demanding titles like Warthunter, Battlefield, RDP2, Cyberpunk, Teardown, Beamng for Forza Horizon, and more. These issues began after I upgraded the CPU, RAM, motherboard, and M.2 drives.
In my view, the only possibilities are swapping the GPU, PSU, or replacing the new M.2 drive.
