I've owned this computer for about two years, and my 3060ti GPU has been running high temperatures since the purchase. I'm not very familiar with optimization settings or GPUs, so I'm unsure if this is due to poor airflow, wrong configurations, or just normal heat levels. I should mention that the room temperature is around 27-29 degrees Celsius. The benchmark results show that at full load, the GPU reaches about 83-88 degrees Celsius and begins throttling once it hits 85. Even when idle, it stays between 45-50 degrees and can go up to 80+ at 80 percent usage. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Ambient levels are pretty high, which means it'll heat up more. In my previous setup, a 2 fan 3060ti would reach around 65°C, and with a 70°C overclock during gaming, it'd be closer to 10-15°C lower than yours. The data supports this. Following the advice, a fresh paste and cleaning might ease the throttling issue.
What situation is this? The tiny part of the front panel visible in the image resembles those very tight front panels—this won’t aid GPU cooling. Are those Corsair QL fans, and is there a top intake next to a top exhaust? Hold on, this seems like a fully Corsair build—almost entirely so. That case matches the Carbide 275R, doesn’t it? I believe this setup has poor airflow:
-Carbide 275R provides limited airflow, and the PSU shroud restricts circulation.
-Corsair QL fans are primarily decorative, not powerful.
-Both upper fans should direct exhaust; otherwise, warm air recirculates inside the case.
