I have an I7 13700k and want to use Intel Quick Sync in Handbrake but it isn't available. I have an Nvidia RTX 3070 GPU installed, and Nvenc appears in Handbrake, though I'm unsure how to enable Quick Sync without connecting a different monitor to support the igpu. I understand Quick Sync is related to the CPU, not the graphics card, and I'm using Windows 11. Any suggestions?

You don't have to connect a separate monitor, since as long as your existing one supports multiple inputs, you can link it to the same device.
It must be attached so Windows can identify it and begins downloading the necessary drivers.
