Hi, recently I installed Windows fresh and removed many programs I used. Everything is reinstalled now except one that won't work. It's the program for programming my keyboard with lighting effects and macros. When I try to open it, I get a "hardware not detected" error. The only working version I found is the RGB one, but mine shows only solid red. Could you help fix the RGB software or locate the correct version?

this is definitely not a laptop if the ram has rgb... it looks like something else.
what program name are you attempting to run?
it seems unusual for a ram-related program to handle keyboard and macros too.

No, it is a keyboard, the RAM is separate. It's the G. Skill Ripjaws km780R, where the 'R' stands for red, indicating the red version, not the RGB option. Please let me know if you need further clarification.

I didn't realize they produced keyboards. It seems this is the model, given the other one is RGB. I might suggest a free RGB program, though none appear to address G skill. Have you encountered this?

I haven't seen that PDF, but I'll attempt it soon since I'm at a weekend family gathering. Thanks!
