Improvements are now better, turbo functions.
Proceed to the mobo site and update the bios and drivers; this seems like your preferred approach.
Once completed, run ubm again as instructed and share the link.

Sorry was quite occupied, I updated bios and mobo drivers.

Under more stress than usual, the mouse also worked fine

Just wanted to mention I’m aiming for a CPU upgrade to hit 240 fps in Valorant

I believe it's time to access your wallet.
Purchase a 2x8GB or 2x16GB RAM kit at 3200 speed.
Ensure the sticks are placed correctly in the appropriate slots.

I was considering whether switching from DDR4 to DDR5 would make a noticeable difference or if the upgrade is not worth the cost for my needs.

Your decision hinges on the height you aim for and your financial situation.

Yeah, but what do you think is the main problem you're facing right now? Are you considering a RAM upgrade or a CPU upgrade?

For a well-balanced system, the DRAM is the main issue in your current configuration. For instance, if you upgraded only the CPU to a Zen 3 model, the DRAM would still be limiting performance. As @Bob.B pointed out, moving to a completely new platform will boost performance but will also require a much larger investment.

I would suggest a 2x16GB memory package.
