PC specifications:
Motherboard: Prime B-550M-A
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600
GPU: NVIDIA 3060 TI
RAM: 4x4 GB DDR4 at 2133 MHz
Power Supply: uncertain, possible upgrade if needed
UserBenchmark link: https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/66284823
Performance note: FPS is lower than expected, unclear cause and unable to diagnose myself. Could the CPU be limiting the GPU? Or is the existing RAM setup the issue?

How warm is the cpu becoming?
It seems there isn't any turbo active. Check the bios for an xmp/docp setting related to ram and see if that helps.

DCP is already active, CPU temperature ranges from 85 to 90 degrees, GPU temperature is around 70.

Your CPU might be overheating, maybe it's time for fresh thermal paste and a cooler clean.

I'll give it a try, I just realized it was that high. I'll update here if it helps, or I'm thinking about a new Windows install.

The MSI Afterburner image displays temperatures and usage after 5 minutes of playing Valorant with frequent shooting. Applying thermal paste and cleaning the fans helped lower the temperature, but frame performance didn’t noticeably improve. Any suggestions?

Restart the system.
Pause for a few minutes.
Execute ubm with the browser closed.
Share the outcome link.

Your DRAM is likely to slow performance since it's 2133, whereas the 3600 is designed for 3200 and usually runs fine at that speed. The numbers you received during your initial test are quite close, and it would be beneficial to run 3dmark for a more accurate comparison with similar setups. I've noticed that when issues are serious, this method tends to reveal them more effectively.

You can give 3DMark a try for a direct comparison. Thank you
