A couple days ago I cut my finger taking out a bad ram stick. Before I noticed several globs of blood fell on my board.one big glob was in between my ram slots and the other was on the front of the board. Luckily the glob never fell in the actual slot.Brought it to a pc guy I know and he got off what he could. The computer turned on after he cleaned it. He seems to think it will be fine but I'm not convinced. I get the new memory put In on Monday. Can blood cause any serious issues if any is missed. Maybe I'm being paranoid but I paid alot for this computer.

If you're extremely worried about the blood on the board, you might consider putting it in an ultrasonic cleaner and giving up. I wouldn't buy an ultrasonic cleaner; instead, look for someone who provides that service.
Perhaps I'm overreacting, but I spent a lot of money on this computer.
If it's not broken, don't try to fix it.
It seems like it likely worked properly and didn't fail, though I've heard mixed things about blood on a motherboard. It makes me feel a bit uneasy. I'm hoping to check again on Monday after installing the new RAM and testing it. That was a costly error.
Blood is basically saltwater, so if the PC starts working normally after turning it on, it's probably fine to leave it alone.

Some boards need the first RAM slot to be filled with a particular type of memory.
Typically DIMMA2 is used.
Other RAM specifications may also need to match correctly.
Verify that the new RAM is compatible, properly installed, and set up as intended.
If not, you might just be dealing with issues unrelated to the blood incident.
