Despite meeting recommended specifications, games such as FIFA 18, Red Octane Racing Tournament, and The Witcher 3 exhibit performance issues (below 30 FPS). Even on titles like Assassin's Creed: Odyssey and Far Cry 5, where individuals with comparable hardware achieve 30+ FPS, I consistently maintain only a stable 25 FPS. Conversely, games like Jump Force and Sekiro run smoothly at 60 FPS with high settings.
My system configuration is as follows: Intel Core i5-6400 @ 2.70 GHz, 8 GB RAM, GTX 1650 4GB OC Edition, Windows 10 64bit.

My monitor resolution is 1366x768. I have tested games at 720p and 1080p, observing a slight increase in frames at 720p. My power supply unit is a Zebronics 450W. I will report the CPU and GPU temperatures after measurement. All my games are unlicensed except for several free titles including PuBG Lite.
