I have recently built a new system, and games are experiencing random crashes. I contacted game tech support, and they indicated that the drivers are currently up to date. I also conducted RAM testing and a Cinebench CPU stress test without any failures. Currently, I am uncertain about the cause of these issues and request assistance.

Build:
EVGA 850 80+Bronze
EVGA RTX 2060 SC Ultra
x470 Aorus Ultra Gaming
Ryzen 7 2700x
16(2x8) G-Skill Trident Z 3200Mhz

Has overclocking occurred? What errors result from crashes?

The system is freezing and closing to the desktop without any window errors. Thank you for your response.

Regarding your storage devices, do you utilize solid-state drives (SSDs) or hard disk drives (HDDs) for installing your operating system and video games?

Greetings. I am experiencing similar issues with a comparable system and observing identical crash patterns after conducting extensive testing. The cause may be related to the RTX series.

I was experiencing crashes as well. The 2700x CPU can only utilize a RAM speed of 2933 MHz (as stated on AMD’s website). Attempting to use 3200MHz resulted in incompatibility, which resolved by adjusting the RAM speed to 2933 MHz.
