Hello my friend is building his first gaming PC and has made a draft of the parts which are listed below. For the most part he won't be playing anything too demanding, he will be playing Dota 2 and League of Legends but also mentioned interest in Resident Evil 4.
Here are the components. Is there anything in here you guys would recommend changing?

Overall balanced intermediate system looks good. My 2c model is not a hot CPU, it can handle medium priced air coolers. The CPU and MB are suitable for 4000MHz RAM, but pairing with 16GB at 3600MHz would be ideal.

He does it too, though it's mainly for appearance purposes, covering RGB aspects.

Thank you, I'll let him know.
I thought the 5700x supported 3200Mhz. 3600MHz should work in most cases but there is a chance of it just not running at those speeds right? Forgive my ignorance if I am wrong. Worst case scenario I guess just run it at 3200mhz at even lower timings if it doesn't work.

There isn't a specific reason preventing the ability to run at 3600MHz with applied XMP, which serves as an automatic overclock for both RAM and the CPU's internal memory controller (3200MHz).

I realize now I may have misunderstood something. Thanks for your assistance—I feel more confident about this build now!
