Question Freezing on new PC build
I'm experiencing a frustrating problem with my latest build. It freezes intermittently after about 10 minutes and sometimes after several hours of use. Initially, the first UI becomes unresponsive, followed by the mouse freezing as well. I have to repeatedly power it off and on to resolve the issue. In Event Viewer, the first error states: "Windows boot environment failed load the HSP firmware. StatusCode: {File Not Found} The file %hs does not exist., Reason: Failed to detect HSP device." However, this doesn't seem to be the main cause. I'm unsure how to further troubleshoot beyond this point.
I can run demanding games without it freezing, but it tends to freeze mainly when Microsoft Edge or Keyshot is active. I've updated all my drivers and am searching urgently for a fix. I have several years of PC experience from the past, though it's been a while since I built one myself. Where else should I look for answers?
Hardware: RTX 3060, AMD Ryzen 7800X3D, 32GB DDR5 RAM, 1TB M2 SSD, Gigabyte A620I AX

Did you discover anything? I'm experiencing the same problem with the same CPU. It's a new build from a retailer. In the event log, I only see this message:
Windows boot environment failed load the HSP firmware. StatusCode: {File Not Found}
The file %hs does not exist.
Reason: Failed to detect HSP device.
