I experience around 5-10 fps in Modern Warfare. GPU consumption fluctuates, reaching up to %50 occasionally before returning to %0. Temperatures remain acceptable. All drivers are current. I can run other games smoothly without issues. Previously, with a Ryzen 3 1200, performance was stable. This issue began after switching to a Ryzen 5 3600. How might I resolve this?

CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:

Include the age of the PSU along with its make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this time.
Where did you obtain the game? Talking about games, which other titles have you tested on your system?

Sorry, I added the info in the post now. The game is on battle.net. I mainly play Rainbow Six, EAFC24 and Cold War, and they all work well. The only issue is with MW2019. As mentioned, it was functioning properly until I upgraded the CPU.

Did you attempt a full reinstallation of the game or a restart of the shader cache setup?
