Hello,
I’m experiencing issues while playing Counter-Strike 2 on medium settings at 1920 x 1080 resolution. With a 240Hz monitor, the FPS drops significantly and the image quality becomes less smooth. This usually occurs during intense moments like smoke effects or when many enemies appear. I’m trying to identify the cause and find the bottleneck.

You might want to turn off the Reflex low latency option. That setting restricts your predraw frame queue to just one. Additionally, consider capping the FPS at 240 to align with your monitor's refresh rate.
