Without any SSD or HDD connected, the system would not show the blinking underscore and would display an error.

Well as I said I don't have any hdd or SSD connected.
Tried different keyboards.
And I don't see that message. Only an underscore blinking.

Can I share an image of your setup without the side panel? (upload to imgur.com and provide the link)
Do you currently have a PCIe M.2 adapter in place?

Only Mobo, CPU, PSU, a stick of 4GB RAM, and fans are installed.

You possess two mechanical hard drives along with an SSD.
It's unclear if all of them were correctly removed.
The SATA data cables need to be unplugged from every drive.
If a SATA cable remains connected to any drive (even without SATA power cords), it might stop the system from starting properly after boot.

I truly value your assistance, but I'm emphasizing that there are no SSD or HDD peripherals involved, apart from the CPU, RAM, and fans. Please accept my assurance. They aren't linked to the PSU either.

Tried another PSU with the same 650watt specs, but got the same outcome. Also swapped the CMOS battery.

Thanks for the assistance, brother! I ended up exchanging my Mobo with a comparable one, and everything is functioning properly now.
