Hey, I just upgraded my entire PC, including the GPU, CPU, and motherboard. I also performed a clean Windows installation, but I'm still facing some problems with crashes. Here are my specs:

CPU: i7-13700K
CPU cooler: Noctua NH-D15
Board: ASUS TUF Gaming Z790-Plus
RAM: TeamGroup T-FORCE VULCAN 32GB (2x16GB) DDR5 6000MHz
SSD: WD Black NVMe 500GB (OS storage), WD Black 1TB (general storage)
HDD: WD Blue 2TB
GPU: 4070 Super
PSU: Evga Supernova 850 G+
Chassis: Fractal Design Torrent E-ATX
OS: Windows 10 Home
Monitor: ASUS TUF Gaming 27
PSU age: 1-2 years
BIOS Version/Date: American Megatrends Inc. 1601, 2023-11-23

I've been experiencing occasional crashes, especially when launching games like Hardspace Shipbreaker. Sometimes it freezes during boot, but not with other titles such as Binding of Isaac or Team Fortress 2. This issue started a few days ago. I checked the Event Viewer and found something related to my card, so I reinstalled drivers and it worked. However, today I'm seeing more system-related errors right before the freeze—specifically, messages in my administrative events. The error code is 0x80070490 for a container, followed by changing character codes each time.

When sharing a troubleshooting thread, it's standard to provide complete system details. Please format the specs as follows:
CPU: CPU cooler: Motherboard: RAM: SSD/HDD: GPU: PSU: Chassis: OS: Monitor: Include PSU age along with make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this time.

I updated the post to include the full specifications.
I obtained the installation media from the Microsoft website, installed it offline because there were no LAN or Wi-Fi drivers available; I had to download them onto an external hard drive and install manually, which I got from Asus's site.
During installation, I faced issues that repeated a few times, but eventually it worked on Wi-Fi after connecting via the included external Wi-Fi receiver on my board.
I now own a newer PSU, a Hydro G Pro 850W, and I was wondering if this should replace my current PSU.
Additionally, I experienced a BSOD with the error code "Kernel security check failure." Is this related?

Start by updating the bios to use currency.
Default configurations will follow Intel guidelines and safeguard your processor.
Additional fixes might be added during the bios update.
I recommend replacing the psu with the newer model, as you already have it.
It comes with a 10-year warranty and can accommodate a more powerful graphics card later.

I'm experiencing trouble updating my BIOS. I received the update from Asus, but I have it on a formatted USB drive. The BIOS menu doesn't recognize it as a valid boot source. It shows the USB storage is detected, but I can't boot from it. See the image here: https://imgur.com/a/VI5KgnS

Press the bios renamer button, it will rename the .CAP file.
Next, copy the updated .CAP file to a USB drive.
Restart the system and enter the BIOS settings, then navigate to tools to update the BIOS.
