Hi everyone,
I've just decided to perform a firmware update on my keyboard after it stopped keeping up with my typing. I followed the instructions carefully, but when I tried to use it, it wouldn't light up and didn't type at all. No other fix has worked online, so I'm considering sending it in for warranty now that I bought it during a Black Friday sale.
