PC power cycles repeatedly fail on the new motherboard. The debug CPU indicator flashes red for a short time, then orange for a brief moment, followed by the VGA light turning on but the boot light remains off, causing the computer to shut down and restart. The same lights stay active throughout. I attempted to boot with a different RAM stick, but it didn’t help. Removing all the RAM stopped the power cycling process.

Pc specs:
CPU - i3-12100f
GPU - Rx 580 8gb
RAM - Corssair vengeance ddr4 2x8 GB
Motherboard - Msi pro b660m-a wifi ddr4
PSU - DeepCool DQ 650-M-V2L 80+ Gold

I recently tried updating the BIOS on an ASUS B660M board using this i3, but the board became unusable.

It's power. You're not getting enough power. The PSU usage requirement is for a 750-800 Watt unit to handle those specs. Running through power cycling indicates insufficient power supply. Upgrade to a better PSU and retry.......

Do you have any alternative video cards available for testing? When the lights flash, it usually means the card passed, but if it restarts when the VGA light appears, it suggests there might be an issue with the card.
