You don't have to buy a graphics card since the 7700X already includes one. I'd just order the rest and test it out for yourself. If you later realize you need more power for photo editing or DaVinci Resolve, you could get a graphics card. But you're free to build it and use it now without any issues.
artk2219, thank you for the response and suggestion. And I think this is a logical and intelligent plan and the way I am going to proceed. If I decide that I do, in fact, need the graphics caard I can always put one in.
