Wait a moment, are you referring to this glowing border around items you can collect? That's completely standard. The developers added that around those objects to indicate you can engage with them. I've noticed it myself. You seem to be attempting to "repair" something within the game.

The thin blue outline is definitely "in the mix," right? That's expected.
The jagged, fuzzy, static-like visual effect surrounding the outline itself, easily seen in motion within the animated GIF I shared here, is definitely not "part of the game." However, it might suggest a major issue with anti-aliasing.

Really? I'm not trying to be harsh, but if you can't enjoy the game because of this, then maybe video games aren't your thing. I think it's probably an effect added by the developers to create those static-like distortions from V's cyber-vision. Even if it wasn't, it doesn't seem too bothersome that it breaks the immersion. I started the game yesterday and it took me nearly five minutes to spot one of those things—it matched exactly what you demonstrated in your GIF (check the screenshot below). You're battling against a game effect.

Actually, I was surprised when I saw some gameplay videos and noticed that every lootable container and corpse had the same effect I thought was a glitch. It's just a game feature as intended by the developers. I'm struggling to find the right words, but thank you for your patience.
