Hello Guys,
I’m facing an issue with most of my games. Once I begin playing, they often crash after about 7 minutes, sometimes lasting several hours. My drivers are up to date; I’ve used DDU, disabled auto-update, and installed the newest driver for my graphics card. The temperature stays within a normal range, never exceeding 60°C. The Windows Memory Diagnostic ran and found nothing. In the Event Viewer, I saw that the AMDRyzenMasterDriverVXX (version XX) can’t locate a file because it already exists, and AMDRyzenMasterDriver isn’t able to create one at that moment—possibly before the crash or shortly after. Do you have any suggestions or solutions?

Do you notice comparable mistakes in Reliability History?
Reliability History employs a timeline layout that is significantly more intuitive than Event Viewer. Its presentation can also provide valuable insights on its own.
For instance, you might identify the onset of crash issues and use that as a hint.
Also review Update History: are there any issues or failed updates?

Hey Ralston18,
Thanks for the tip about Rel. His. I began reviewing it.
Mostly it’s the same, just as you mentioned it’s more readable.
Regarding the last suggestions, I’ve already done that.

Hy,
The issue was a faulty CPU memory controller.
The CPU has been swapped out.
Everything seems to be working now.
