This morning I turned on my pc and it worked perfectly without any errors for the past 7 months. After that, I turned it off to go to college. Now when I come back home and turn it on again, it doesn't work at all—no light, no fan spinning, no PSU click. I tried testing the PSU with a paper clip and the fan started, but when I plug it into the motherboard it still won’t turn on. I also removed the RAM and tried each stick one by one, re-seated the GPU and CPU, but the problem remains.

Specs:
Mobo: ASRock b550m pro4
PSU: 1stplayer 600w bronze
CPU: Ryzen 5 5600
GPU: RX 6600
RAM: 32GB DDR4
All parts are new, I have a multimeter but I’m not sure how to use it. Please help me figure out what’s wrong, thank you.

Will the system start in safe mode?
= = = =
Power down, unplug, open the case.
Remove dust and debris.
Check visually and by touch that all connectors, cards, RAM, jumpers, and case connections are securely attached. They may loosen over time because of vibrations and heat-induced expansion/contraction.
Use a bright flashlight to examine everything thoroughly for any signs of damage.
= = =
To test the PSU with a multimeter (seek assistance if you're unsure):

Any readings outside tolerance indicate a faulty PSU.
= = =
Do you have another known working PSU available to replace it?

The pc is totally dead, also Its a open bench case, so no dust.
I test with multimeter and the result is the same as a normal 12v 3.3v 5v
I don't have any other psu

This motherboard manual?
https://download.asrock.com/Manual/B550M Phantom Gaming 4.pdf
[Please confirm you have located the correct manual.]
Go through the instructions carefully to ensure everything is accurate.
Perform a CMOS reset, then install a new battery.
Inspect the power supply and its connection path for the open bench: such as the power outlet and surge protectors, etc...
Make sure the power source provides the right voltage and remains stable.

Completed, same as before. The motherboard I have is an ASRock b550m pro4, not the ASRock b550m phantom gaming model.

I'm considering starting with the PSU, then the motherboard, and finally the RAM in that sequence. Which country's market do you have access to for purchasing parts? You're looking for a recommendation for a PSU as a test, along with a budget and a website.

I reside in Indonesia, and I purchase everything from Shopee. It's similar to Amazon.

I checked this setup
PSU shorted (green to black, 16 to GND) — fans are running
5V standby is working
No visible damage or burn marks
No shorts on 24-pin
Checked 12V and 5V lines — everything looks fine
Tried reseating CPU & RAM — still no issue
Forced PSU while connected to the motherboard — fans spin, board lights up
Stuck on CPU/DRAM debug LEDs
vCore on CPU VRM (choke output) = 0V
Measured directly with a multimeter on the choke and cap — no voltage

I think it's the PSU because that specific model from 1stplayer isn't up to par. Their steampunk versions are much better. A new model from the lower tier list might fully fix your problem.
PSU Tier List rev. 17.0g - Cultists Network
This list will assist you in picking the optimal PSU among hundreds of options available. Whether you're looking at budget or top-tier power supplies.

Replace the existing PSU with a verified working unit from another system.
Check if the issues are resolved.
