Absolutely confused here, made it for a friend and everything works as expected, everything appears normal, I set the boot priority to USB hard drive and inserted it when I tried, but nothing happened. I'm trying to install Windows 11 or 10, but TMP isn't an issue—it's an AM5 chip. I built this boot drive using a Mac, with Boot Camp Assistant, so it should work, right? I don’t have an M1/2 Mac. When it goes past the BIOS, there’s this flickering line, about three paragraphs down, that keeps blinking on the left side of the screen.

When sharing a troubleshooting thread, it's important to provide detailed system specifications. List them clearly as follows:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
Include the PSU age along with its make and model. Also, mention the current BIOS version for your motherboard.

Like Lutfij posted, and:
Sounds like there is no bootable device.
Is it a bootable GPT partition using NTFS?
Or is it an older build, as asked above.

Ensure the USB is inside the front panel connectors, then relocate it to the back and check for detection.

Yeah fair, sorry, everything is brand new. It has MSI B550M PRO-VDH WIFI, but I can't recall the exact BIOS version. The components include a Ryzen 5 5600x, Corsair Vengeance LPX 32gb at 3200mhz, MSI MAG A550BN, CM Hyper 212, Gigabyte RX 7600, Crucial P2 1tb, Lian Li 205m. I also tried installing both Windows 10 and Windows 11, but I'm not sure what the installation method was—I let Boot Camp Assistant handle it. It seems the files were in fat32 or exfat.
