I recently upgraded my PC into a larger case after moving. During the process, I think I connected drives to different SATA ports than before.
On first startup it shows a pop-up with choices for Windows Booter and other options (I usually pick Windows Booter manually). Recently it displays a system message with an option to press del to run BIOS or del to run boot menu, but I can’t proceed. The keyboard lights up and the power button works, yet pressing keys gives no result.
At first I thought this might be linked to Windows Fast Boot disabling USB. I ordered a USB to PC/2 adapter to try bypassing it, but it didn’t help.
I also tried removing the drives one at a time and then all together.
This is where I am now. Do you have any advice? Please let me know if my formatting is confusing—this is my first post on the forum. Thank you!

Disconnect the PC from the wall and press the power button for 20 seconds. Remove all but the "C" drive, then reconnect and attempt to start. If successful and Windows opens, shut down and restart once more. If it works again, insert the next drive and try booting. Continue this process until you reach the correct installation.

Thank you for the advice. I managed to attempt it without success before. I plan to disconnect the motherboard battery tonight and will follow up later.
