Hey everyone, I'm currently working on my sister's computer and running into a problem I've never faced before.
I noticed that when I press the power button, the fans start spinning up, even for the GPU. I attempted to remove and replace the CMOS battery, which allowed the system to boot into the BIOS. I also tried adjusting some BIOS settings, but they didn't save and always returned me with a 'No signal' message when I tried to restart.
I suspect there might be an issue with the motherboard since the BIOS sometimes shows up and sometimes doesn't.
I've also tried making a bootable Windows 11 media to try booting into the installation screen, but that didn't work either.
Back to the 'no signal' situation.
She has a 500w PSU, but Nvidia recommends a 600w for the 3060ti. My research suggested it could be that there isn't enough voltage reaching the components to power on the PC properly, even though it worked fine before.
I did some BIOS tweaks last night and tried updating the settings, but nothing changed. I noticed a setting that triggers a F1 screen during boot-up to enter BIOS for configuration. It seems like an error message is appearing. She has a single M.2 NVMe SSD, but it appears the issue might be related to not being in Raid mode. You can check the image below which shows the screen after removing the CMOS battery and draining any remaining power from the PSU.

She mentioned she's experienced some problems before, saying it would occasionally display a Blue Screen. I'll share photos of when it worked and can boot to Windows below. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated—she really wants her PC fixed so she can play Rust.

Her specifications:
Motherboard: Asus B550-Plus AC HES | Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 PRO 2700 | GPU: Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060ti | 16gb DDR4 RAM at 2666mhz (possibly underclocked after BIOS adjustments) | 500w PSU – unbranded

Switch to AHCI mode instead of RAID. Check if that resolves the issue.

Thanks for your response! I’ll attempt to adjust the settings to hopefully resolve the problem. As discussed earlier, the main challenge is that the settings aren’t saving properly, and the only solution seems to be resetting the CMOS battery. This has been ongoing for roughly a month, with no one available to investigate further. I also shared this on another forum, where someone mentioned the CPU isn’t being supported. It’s puzzling since I’ve never faced such an issue before. The computer was purchased new from Facebook Marketplace by a builder, and it functioned well for about six months before displaying the bluescreens I described. After resetting the PC, we encountered a complete lack of signal.
