I'm not certain if this should be included in the GPU discussion, but I really don't understand what might be causing this issue, and I haven't found any solutions anywhere.

Reduce the force applied during installation. Also, verify and retest all connections, paying attention to the GPU, to ensure it wasn't partially removed from its connector.

Reset the CMOS battery. If your BIOS settings are altered, it might lead to these issues, which can be resolved by resetting with a jumper or using the CMOS feature. Should problems persist, verify your PSU and ensure it is functioning correctly.
