Hey everyone,
Could someone help figure out the source of that noise on my PC while playing Total War: Warhammer 2? Here’s the link to the sound:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/22olhza7ni1zd4...e.mp3?dl=0
Is it coming from the GPU, CPU, SSD, or PSU?

Basic specs are listed, but feel free to share more details if needed:
Processor: i5-8600k (overclocked to 4.8, stable)
RAM: 16GB 3000MHz DDR4
Graphics: GTX 1080
Cooler: MSI Z370
Storage: SanDisk SD8SN8U-512G-1122 X400 512 GB M.2 (separate for games, Windows on another drive)
Cooling fan: XFX PRO550W

The system is running smoothly and has been tested thoroughly with tools like prime95, 3DMark, Furmark, and several games in ultra settings. All components are around 4-5 years old, and the PSU dates back to about 2014.

Any suggestions? This is definitely related to the game.

Hello
The ticking happens at specific moments such as when loading screens, during battles, or on the campaign map. If you remove the case side, it might help you get a better view and pinpoint the sound's source.

My main idea is it's related to a fan reaching a certain speed when under a particular load. This occurred at one moment, possibly because the fan screw was either too loose or too tight—I can't recall which. Fixing it resolved the issue. Other than that, I'm not sure.
