Hello, I'm not a big gamer, but I often use programs that consume a lot of resources and constantly update data. Earlier, my computer started producing a lot of heat, the CPU temperature reached 95°C and it would shut down automatically. I attempted to run Cinebench R23, but the system would simply power off. After disassembling and cleaning the components, adjusting the fan settings, and retesting, the system completed all tests smoothly—both multi-core and single-core—for about 30 minutes without exceeding 75-80°C. Multiple runs were successful. However, I still face an issue: no images are being rendered as shown in the videos, and Cinebench is giving me extremely high scores.

Could someone assist me in resolving this so I can achieve a more reasonable score and improve my ranking? Thanks!

Have you attempted removing and downloading new cinebench files? It seems there might be a software problem.

I found a solution by installing the cinebench app from the Microsoft Store. I also attempted to download the zipped folder, unzip it, and run the .exe file, but the issue persisted. Now I can use the app without problems.
