Here is your build information rewritten:

Build details are as follows:
Case: Phanteks Enthoo Pro
MOBO: MSI x470 Gaming Plus
CPU: Ryzen 5 2600x
Memory: Corsair LPX 32GB (2x16GB) at 3200MHz C16 DDR4 DRAM
Power Supply: 850 RMCorsairX Gold
Cooler: Corsair H100i
GPU: XFX Radeon RX580 XXX 8 GB DDR5
Performance notes: Benchmarks show speeds around 2133, while GPU results are poor. Suggestions for RAM and GPU improvements have been considered.

What MB do you have?
Did you configure the DOCP (or xmp) profile for that RAM in your BIOS?
The xmp speed is 3200 MHz; if not set in BIOS, the RAM defaults to 2133 MHz.

Are you certain they're placed in the right RAM slots, A2 and B2, according to your manual? If not, they won't operate at xmp speeds.

Ram is correctly placed in A2/B2 according to the MOBO guidelines, and it is clearly indicated on the board. I wouldn't anticipate XMP detecting possible profiles or activating when they're not present.

Does your precise RAM model appear in the QVL for your MB or is it noted by Corsair as having been tested on your MB at 3200 MHz? If not, you might be limited to 2133. However, adjusting the memory frequency and timings yourself could help improve performance. Visit the Ryzen DRAM Calculator here: https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.techpow...lator/?amp. Also, make sure you have the Taiphoon burner app installed at http://www.softnology.biz

RAM is available with precise part numbers on the QVL site for that processor at 3200. However, I plan to tweak it myself using timing and voltage adjustments.

Because they're listed on the QVL, changing the BIOS to one that includes AGESA 1.0.0.6 might let you apply the xmp profile and reach speeds up to 3200 MHz.
