Question BSOD NtsoKrnl.exe, but this time it's personal.
I hope this post finds you well. I'm reaching out because I've been dealing with a frustrating issue on my laptop for the past month, and I'm hoping someone here might have some insight or advice.
So here's the deal: I've been experiencing frequent BSODs (Blue Screen of Death) on my laptop, and it all seems to have started right after an Nvidia update. Strangely, I hadn't encountered this problem at all since I purchased the computer. It's been a solid performer until this recent hiccup. *side note* I also have
never
seen but 2 BSOD's in my time. One computer that I put together that needed to be turned onto its side to stop (which was weird, I ended up going back and getting it RMA'ed and MicroCenter replaced it for me), and THIS one. I've built at least 30 machines, no issues. I bought this laptop, CRACK.
Alright, we done with the copypasta now? Cause I got MORE.
Let me not only include 5(yes 5) minidumps, but youre gonna get 3 readable versions of every single thing plugged into the computer, CPU, all that(yes CPU-z)
And here's how I lose it all.
This BSOD
ONLY
occurs when Opera is open by itself or with no graphic intensive program running.
I have never incurred one, and I really need you to zero in on this, DURING ANYTHING ELSE.
I ran two seperate game engines (COD Warzone and WWE 2k23), and while my computer was sweatin, twas fine.
Premiere Pro? Renders like glue. I just pulled out a 2 hour podcast episode with so many edits and the render was under 30 minutes.
After Effects? I'm in the middle of making a manga panel type thing with constant camera keyframes and virtual camera shots. Fine.
OBS and LiveStreaming? I'm sending it out in 4k downscaled with multiple 4k files in the background. Light work.
OPERA????? that dreaded sound in the middle of a video i'm watching (EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO)
My Heart And Soul(Minidump.zip)
I'm desperately in need to fix this because I feel like the BSODs are gonna sneak their way into when I'm doing something super important and I can't risk that for personal reasons.
Execute DDU in Safe Mode from Windows, deleting all graphics-related files. Reinstall the newest driver package straight from Nvidia, excluding GeForce Experience. If problems continue, inform back.
Completed. I haven't experienced a BSOD for a day, so I'm just going to wait.
I also suggest refreshing your bios information. I've noticed that GPU problems can stem from an old bios version.
To be safe, I'd just double-check everything—Windows, motherboard drivers, GPU drivers, BIOS.
So I made all the updates and encountered this BSOD today, but it worked for almost 40 hours. I had Adobe Premiere open and Opera. This is the first time I've experienced an error.
Issue halted for 24 hours continuously, everything was fine, then this one.

I think Adobe caused it, I'll report if another problem arises.
We're experiencing another deadlock situation now, but we can track the processes. I've been using WinDBG and plan to generate bigger dumps. This should be worth investigating since the system is already unstable. It might be related to the motherboard—never dropped, so I can inspect it later. Anyone interested in the most recent failure? The current error is PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA ntoskrnl.exe.
