Hello. I've encountered some unusual driver and PC issues during startup, with crashes only appearing when the system starts and resuming normally afterward. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you!

Upload the dump file to the cloud with a link to it here please. There's way more to dump analysis than analyze -v.

No worries, I'll handle it as soon as I can.
According to the bugcheck, a device didn't respond during a power transition within a certain time frame. The dump will identify the exact device, but the stack trace from the analyze -v output suggests it's probably an audio device.
