I’m trying to figure out the GPU problem with my new build. The Gigabyte RTX 5070 Ti shows a blinking white LED, which suggests a power delivery issue. All components are brand new.
My parts list is available here: [link].
I replaced the original PSU with a new Corsair 1000W unit and still faced the same problem. I’ve tested both PSUs together with the 12V-2x6 power supply, the included 12v to 3-way PCIE splitter, and with and without the extra PCIE PWR1 module on the motherboard. I’ve also used different wall outlets and double-checked all connections and seating.
Everything seems fine otherwise—Windows is installed, FurMark ran smoothly, and the system hasn’t crashed.
Any suggestions for next steps would be appreciated. Thanks!

Welcome to the forums, newcomer! Your PCPP link isn't visible because it's configured as private. A blinking LED on the GPU power connector indicates unstable power supply to the GPU. This could be due to loose connectors or issues with the PSU. Have you confirmed that your connector is securely attached? Make sure there are no bends or kinks in the cable or harness.

I got a response from Gigabyte support, shown below.
Am I paranoid by thinking this is unacceptable for a brand new card?
I think I will just return the card for a new one.
Dear customer
We are sorry to hear about your GPU issue. If everything is working fine, then the LEDs are just malfunctioning and not turning off like they are supposed to. Does it bother you? If yes, then you will need to send it in for a repair. If not, then just ignore it as it will not affect performance or longevity in any way.

Have you ever fixed this? I'm experiencing a very similar problem.

It's not good to take over someone else's discussion, please begin your own.
