I'm looking for a laptop suited for nuclear power simulation. Usually, a near 5GHz CPU with at least six cores, 32GB RAM, and 2TB storage would suffice without going into details. But checking BBB ratings for Dell, HP, Lenovo, MSI shows they're all problematic. Since laptops aren't as easy to fix as desktops, it's unclear if any brand offers reliable support. Do you have any solid suggestions for or against specific brands?

I'm not convinced the BBB is the optimal indicator of support. People with problems tend to voice their concerns, while those without issues remain silent. If you frequently sell systems, you're likely to encounter dissatisfied clients.
I've received top-notch support from Dell, HP, and Lenovo. My experience with MSI hasn't been extensive.
For your needs, I recommend checking the Dell Outlet page. They offer great systems with strong backing. The Precision 7560 I'm currently using was sourced there, and it came with a 5-year warranty that the original buyer kept.
I bought it brand new, including the warranty. Probably returned it as unnecessary. Very reliable.
