it is a snapshot of your system drive along with incremental restore points

This likely means we need to restore the backup entirely.
Transfer it to another storage device and search through it until you locate the desired file.
Looking ahead, this backup software isn't very reliable. Microsoft seems to disapprove of it.
There are superior alternatives available.
