I re-downloaded all my games, and I saw on another one it's utilizing my CPU and GPU at 60-80%, yet it still achieves 144 fps with the monitor capped. I believe the fix is in place, but on Tarkov it still stays under 60% GPU and 30% CPU. I think the issue might be related to the game itself, since escaping Tarkov isn't optimized.

what resolution are you using for gaming?
which options are activated?
any adjustments like afterburner, tuning tools, or changes in the nvidia driver?
set everything back to the default configuration
consider using a ddu uninstaller and reinstalling the newest nvidia.com drivers
