Hi guys, every time I play a game it crashes. I ran the cinebench test for the CPU and everything looks fine, the heaven benchmark test for the GPU also shows no issues... I did the memtest86 for the RAM and found many errors. Does this mean I should just replace the RAM and the old ones are useless?

Full system specifications are available, including the brand and model of the PSU. What game were you playing? Where did you obtain them?

Typically it's PSU but you won't be sure until you provide complete details about the crash. Are you experiencing a random restart, freezing, or a blue screen with an error code?

Check the event log.
Run a malware scan on the system.
Monitor CPU and GPU temperatures while playing.
Track RAM and SSD usage.

I ran a malware scan and everything looks good. The GPU and CPU temperatures stay below 60°C. RAM and SSD usage are around 40%. I’ll check the event logs when I’m at home.

There should be no more than zero mistakes. Confirm RAM is placed in slots a2 through b2. Re-seat CPU and RAM, then perform a memtest again. Should there still be errors, contact RMA for the RAM.

Yeah the mem test ended after 1000 errors. The RAM is in the correct slots. I plan to check later when I'm home for a second test after reseating. But it wouldn't be strange? The PC ran smoothly for nine months without any issues. Didn't even open my case or move it.

G.Skill memory modules remain valid as long as they are in their original physical state and free from any damage or modifications. All G.Skill memory kits come with a manufacturer lifetime warranty, allowing replacement if a module underperforms. To check for issues, test each module individually to identify any differences. If a problem is detected, use the provided RMA request form online to start the replacement process: https://www.gskill.com/rma-policy
