Pump 4pin fan connector goes into AIO_PUMP header.
AIO radiator fan 4pin connectors go into CPU_FAN, CPU_OPT headers.
aRGB connector goes into ADD_GEN 2.(1,2,3) header.
Anyway - please show photos of connectors, you can't figure out.

OH YEAH THANKS I GET IT RIGHT THEN. except i have a what it seems to be an argb hub at the back of my case—it came with the case, but it can't reach the hub, so i need an argb splitter to fix that.
confirm if that's correct?

can you show some photos? not sure what you are looking at.
My pwm cable is plugged into CPU opt, I can match the fan speeds on its sensor to my AIO speed
The fan cables should all be linked together on AIO Radiator, there is one cable that runs from fans to pump through the tubing, and extends out from the AIO pump with the rgb and 4 pin pwm cables coming out of its end. You shouldn't touch the cables on the radiator.
pump relies on fan pwm for speed. it won't ever report its speed.
are you plugging the rgb cable into the right spot? I see the one on top of mb is Aura rgb header, might need to use Asus software to make it work

pump and fan cables should be on same cable on artic coolers. my one cable attached to CPU-OPT

I made a big mistake because the arctic liquid freezer confused me and the radiator cables were too short for the sockets. I took off the fans on the radiator and tried to stretch all the cables. WOOPS
Now I have no idea how to connect everything into one place, it's really confusing.

You should have followed the guidelines. The fan cables were designed to connect easily. Others extend them for better control. You weren’t required to do that. I couldn’t locate the proper instructions, but one video demonstrates the process.
