Question AMD 8060S / games affect color quality
Hello,
I purchased the AMD Ryzen™ AI Max+ 395 --EVO-X2 AI Mini PC with AMD 8060S. I have tested it with these games:
Silent Hill F and Metal Gear Solid Delta Snake Eater, both using Unreal Engine 5.
When connected to a Samsung TV and Monitor in max power mode, the results were consistent (HDMI and DisplayPort connections).
The games appear overly sharp, lacking depth, color richness, and showing washed-out colors.
I adjusted a few settings in AMD Catalyst but saw no improvement.

Tried a few configurations in AMD Catalyst, but nothing worked. I believe you're referring to Adrenaline;
https://www.amd.com/en/support/down...-a...s-395.html
Catalyst was the driver package for GPUs around five years ago (roughly).
Be careful, as the custom design of the mini PC can cause issues with proprietary drivers and OS installers;

Yes, adrenaline is definitely there. I have version 25.9.1, I’ll also test 25.9.2 and check drivers from GMKtec, and I’ll let you know.
I attempted the newest AMD drivers 25.9.2 but faced the same issue. Then I installed all drivers from gmktec; AMD 24.20.64 from March was also installed—still no change. It's frustrating because I couldn't find anyone else experiencing the same problem. There are many YouTube videos showing creators testing this box in AAA games without issues. I tried two different hardware pieces and got the same result.
