Remove the joke, the wiring is off in the bedroom PC. I got it repaired by my younger sibling. Don't ever use a used power supply!

GPU cooler: beQuiet Dark Rock Pro 3

Memory: 4x 8GB Corsair Vengeance DDR4 3200
Storage: 1TB Samsung Evo 960
GPU: MSI RTX2080 Duke OC (stock clocks)

This PC underwent overclocking (4.9Ghz on CPU) and GPU overclock via Afterburner for the initial four years, achieving decent gaming performance. It continues to run at stock speeds since my wife began using it after I installed a new system in 2022.
The system operated smoothly until recently. My son and I played Ori and The Will of the Wisp with maximum settings in 4K for HDR visuals. The game ran for about 30 minutes before shutting down abruptly. After rebooting, it restarted the game, but turned off again upon loading the title screen. This occurred twice more shortly after. I also tested AC Valhalla at 1440p for five minutes; it worked without issues for two hours afterward. A memory diagnostic completed cleanly.
I suspect the problem may stem from the power supply or the GPU, and I’m seeking opinions on this matter.

My wife primarily plays games in 1080p or 1440p (depending on title) and allows the C4 upscaler to handle much of the work, which she tolerates well. However, I aimed to run Ori in native 4K resolution. I doubted it could handle a 2D side-scroller at that quality. Yet, Unity in Ori seemed more taxing than anticipated.

From what I gather, intermittent spikes likely caused by heavy loads may have overwhelmed the PSU, though this remains speculation. I value your insights on this issue.
