I just downloaded this software and it works well:
https://www.hitpaw.com/vikpea-video-enhancer.html
My graphics card is too slow. I have a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070.
They suggest a NVIDIA RTX 3060 or AMD RX 5700 XT.
But they're quite pricey! Do you have any suggestions for more budget-friendly options? Used items are okay.
Thanks!

Welcome to the forums, newcomer! They suggest a NVIDIA RTX 3060 or AMD RX 5700 XT.
https://www.hitpaw.com/tech-spec/vikpea.html
The recommended minimum is an RX580, and you probably can't get the higher-end GPUs listed above. You might consider an RTX2000 series, but that would just be a small upgrade. Where are you from? What is your budget for buying a GPU?

If you're considering your setup, please share your specs in this format:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
Add the age of your PSU along with its make and model. Also, tell me the BIOS version for your motherboard right now.

My computer is here — but the GPU has been replaced with a lower-end model.
Lenovo Legion T5 26IAB7 - Type 90SU
1x 12th Generation Intel® Core™ i7-12700 Processor (Core™ i7-12700)
Memory
2x 8 GB DDR5-4800
Windows 11 Home 64 (EN:English)
1x 1 TB 7200rpm
1x 1 TB SSD PCIe
I was aiming to keep costs below $150, but the suggested options are significantly higher. I’m curious if other brands could offer a more affordable alternative.
Is this acceptable?

The prebuilt came with which power supply? How recent is your prebuilt (assuming you haven’t swapped the PSU)? If the PSU is brand new, it’s still acceptable for the GPU you’re using. However, if you have the 550W model and the PSU has been running under high temperatures for a while, consider upgrading to a more powerful aftermarket unit.

Your budget is noted, but which country are you in? The RX 6700XT and RX 7700 XT could be suitable alternatives. The RTX 3000 series isn’t ideal here due to their high transient power demands, so a significantly higher wattage PSU would be necessary unless your unit is well-constructed.

The model you have is the one with the swapped video card, purchased in March 2023. This should address your question.
