I don't require a premium PSU, as it's more than sufficient for my needs. I'm okay with just 80 plus wattage. If it fails, I have a reason to upgrade later. Alternatively, would you prefer me to use something that doesn't meet the 80 plus requirement? The manual for the M740 doesn't provide clear details about the power connectors.

It doesn't... but I can check my motherboard to verify the positions. They don't align. It matches the D3348B, which uses an ATX power connector.

It's not about the quality or performance. It's about how old the PSU is. After 14 years, it's no longer dependable. As before: it's a ticking bomb.
I've never found any adapters for this Fijitsu motherboard.
