I recently upgraded from an RX580 to an RTX 3070 Ti, but now whenever I open TF2, it opens at a strange resolution, and the main menu shows only one friend on the friends list, with no options to click. Task Manager indicates it's not responding. I've tried checking and uninstalling, but nothing helped. All other games I've played after installing my new card have worked fine. It seems TF2 is experiencing this odd problem. My full specs are included in my signature.

completely remove the AMD GPU driver
have you installed the newest NVIDIA driver?
does TF2 run using the 3070TI or will it eventually use your CPU's built-in graphics?

Yes, I removed the AMD driver completely and confirmed I have the proper NVIDIA driver installed. I’m unsure whether TF2 is using the 3070 Ti or the built-in graphics; how can I verify that? It worked well with my RX580 before.

I don't rely on any modified setup files like autoexec.cfg in TF2.

Not exactly what I expected. After reinstalling, it seems the game's files were entirely erased.

Yeah, I verified it too, and even after it's gone the game still opens and does the strange thing.
