The bass on the left front is louder than on the right. Is there a way to adjust it?

Hopefully just an audio balance tweak.
Test the headsets on another functioning computer or audio device.
Try alternative known working headsets on your current setup.
Check if the balance issue is with the headset or remains with the computer.
= = = =
What audio hardware and software are you using? The software might offer some balance control.
You can also click the small speaker icon in the lower right corner of the screen.
Right-clicking the icon will open a menu with several audio-related options.
Each option opens different windows, tabs, and properties.
Start by exploring the current audio setup.
You can also find audio configuration settings by typing "Sound settings" in the search box at the bottom left of the screen.
There are many options available.
Make changes gradually and keep a record if you need to revert.

I tested it on the phone and the PC is identical, so I'll switch to the new one.

I tested it on the phone and the PC, they are identical. I will switch to a new ".". Something appears to have been lost after "new". Please re-post if needed to share more details.
