I have a Razer Huntsman keyboard and I really enjoy it, but occasionally when I press a key, it spams the key quickly even after releasing it. I need to press another button to stop it. It doesn't bother me much, but I'd like to resolve this issue. Anyone have suggestions?

I believe the main control has been used up. Typically, we simply switch it over. You can rely solely on the Razer huntsman switches. Which specific model are you referring to?

It occurs at every key, not just a few, which is quite regrettable
Also, it's an RZ03-0252

Wait, every key... hmmm... Did you try a different keyboard? It would be great if you could borrow an identical one to test. Same issue?

Another support team member might be able to identify if the problem is specific to the Razer huntsman. However, I would attempt to use a matching support ticket first, if feasible. If that doesn’t resolve it, I’d consider starting with an identical ticket initially, since a working Razer huntsman would likely mean your account is at risk of termination.

We should figure out whether the issue lies with the keyboard or the Synapse application. If your keyboard includes an RGB wristrest, remove it and see if the problem persists.

Make sure you’ve installed Razer Synapse 3, as it could be the cause. This software manages your mods and button settings on the keys. There might be preset configurations you haven’t changed—restart it to default. If nothing helps, try uninstalling and reinstalling the software.

You should consider alternative solutions for accessing the keyboard.

Any typical keyboard will suffice. Try it out. If it works, the issue is likely with your Razer. Does your keyboard include the RGB wrist rest? Take it off and restart your PC. If the problem persists, reinstall the Razer Synapse app. If it still doesn’t work, the issue might be with the physical switches. It might be time to look into getting a new keyboard. Replacing the keys isn’t worth it—it can be costly and time-consuming.

Sure, I gave it another try for an hour and still didn't get anything. I'll look into the warranty.

It's a solitary situation with the Huntsman. You might attempt reinstalling the Razer synapse app, which manages macros and custom buttons. It may be experiencing issues. Nonetheless, I trust you can obtain assistance from the warranty.
