Question about the Radeon RX 6800 XT GAMING X TRIO and fan control issues.
Hello, I discovered that for certain reasons my GPU fans are extremely hard to manage using Fan Control, MSI afterburner, or AMD adrenalin. It seems like the card's BIOS might be interfering with the software settings. I thought it could be a hardware issue or a BIOS setting, so I tried using "MORE POWER TOOLS," but it didn’t work. Is there a possibility to fully control the fans through software only? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Could there be a method to control the card's fans exclusively through software? Maybe start by using DDU to eliminate all GPU drivers (Intel, Nvidia, AMD) in Safe Mode, then install the newest driver from AMD's official site via an elevated command—right-click the installer and select Run as Administrator. After that, you can attempt any of the mentioned apps and observe if fan speeds become adjustable, though this guide is helpful; see: https://youtu.be/88pr3YycQHg for AMD's software suite.
Already tested it before, as I mentioned earlier, it's almost like the GPU has a minimum fan RPM threshold at certain temperatures built in. It just takes over from adrenaline and any other software.
EDIT: Just fixed it! It seems there was a setting named "Minimum fan speed" which matched exactly what I expected — just a small, pre-set GPU fan speed for the right temps.
