I identified the issue. My 4th monitor was connected to the onboard mb graphic hdmi port. After switching it to my rtx4090, there are no longer any problems.

It's strange. I already have my 4th monitor built into the motherboard, but I suspect I've identified the real problem:
I used a replay to pinpoint what I believe is the main cause, since the PC crashed during the replay (randomly).
I think the change in my setup might be the reason: I switched from 2k x3 @ 120Hz with HDR to 2k x3 @ 180Hz with HDR recently.
Using GPU-Z showed that the Link Rate on the DisplayPort 1.4 connection is capped at 120Hz when HDR is enabled. Lowering it to 120Hz with HDR brings it below the limit, allowing 180Hz with HDR.
However, I suspect the GPU is having trouble maintaining synchronization for all three monitors at that speed, which could trigger the BSOD.
I plan to test further in the next few days to confirm.
If this is true, I'm stuck between 120Hz with HDR or 120Hz with HDR off. I prefer HDR, so I expect it to be 120Hz.
To add confusion, my mouse dongle failed just before I found this and I initially thought it was the faulty one. But even with a backup mouse, the issue persisted, which is why the replay helped me explore different options.
